Basic interview consisting of behavioral questions. Heavy focus on sales, customer service, and leadership, be sure to have examples of those topics and be prepared to answer questions surronding them. The third interview with the regional VP was the most diffcult interview.

Phone interview, one on one interview, field interview in a branch. Panel interview with the regional rental manager and the area manager. Everything went well. Ask some behaviorial questions and small chit chat. Looking for someone aggressive that want's to be in sales and move up
