There are multiple interviews for the process. You begin by interviewing on campus if Enterprise has a relationship set up with your campus. After you pass that interview you then are placed in a region and interview with that area manager. This interview is more for a fit and to see if an area manager would like you to be apart of their team. After an area manager agrees to add you to his team you receive a job offer. The culture is very "sales" driven, but the work environment is very fun. The team members and managers are always there for you and ready to help you perform better.

Very thorough interview. Wasn't from a sheet of questions. Manager had high expectations. Had alot of applicants. Hard to get if you don't have solid verifiable sales experience.

Interviewed Mar 2009 in Knoxville, TN (took 2 days)
I wa apprached by a recruiter and scheduled an inital interview. I was asked basic questions such as why Enterprise and what makes you a good fit. Also was asked to list three words that best describe me. Then you move on to the second interview with an area manager and was asked similar questions. The same day I moved to the third interview with the regional manager at the coporate office. This was the hardest interview! Always ask good questions this is the key! Also be well prepared its seems redundant to say but this makes the process sooo much easier and smooth.

Interviewed Dec 2008 in Phoenix, AZ (took a day)
Had previously worked with Company a couple of times. Had contacts and used my network to help get interview. Great Company just changed my mind about retracing my footsteps. Would recommend the company to younger career professionals. Company is youth oriented. Likes to hire new college graduate.

Interviewed Jul 2009 in Saint Louis, MO (took 5 days)
Panel Interview with 2 managers.
First question was: "What did you do to prepare for this interview."
Interview process was all behavior based questions. "Tell us a time you ____."
Last question was: "Why shoud we hire you."
The interview questions were easy. The people, however, seemed to have unrealistic expecations of work/life balance...most likely because they have never worked with other companies (both managers admit this).
