Interviewed May 2011 in Madison, WI (took 2 weeks)
The interview had a coding test which was really easy, an IQ test and a personality test before everything. There were 2 1-on-1 interviews that were mostly about past projects and hr type questions.

Interviewed Nov 2011 in Madison, WI (took 4+ weeks)
On-site interview has some verbal test just like those in GRE test. I did it really bad as English my 2nd language. It is hard to prepare.
The campus is very good though.
Many people got on-site interviews. Some of them did programming beforehand, some did it on site. It seems the interview process varies case by case.

Interviewed Aug 2010 (took 2 days)
Great company, I had a very good impression of Epic. I was encouraged to apply by a recruiter. After applying, I took a personality test (online), then I had a brief phone interview, then I was invited to Wisconsin for interviews for 2 days. first day was informal, dinner out with employee, second day i had 5 interviews and took 5 different written tests in math, verbal and programming. Overall I liked everything there but my salary expectations were too high for them (they told me so but i would not relocate for less). The interviews themselves were not too hard at all, normal questions you can expect form job interviews.
