During the interview day I met with more employees and toured the buildings. I also took a programming test while on-site.
Interview Question – Interview ended with a one minute page of brainteasers. I thought it was silly to be using that as a metric after a whole day of in-depth interviewing, but I played along. Answer Question

On-site interview has some verbal test just like those in GRE test. I did it really bad as English my 2nd language. It is hard to prepare.
The campus is very good though.
Many people got on-site interviews. Some of them did programming beforehand, some did it on site. It seems the interview process varies case by case.

Interview Question – How do your classmates evaluate you? Answer Question
I applied through a recruiter and the process took 2 days - interviewed at Epic in November 2010.
Interview Details – Great company, I had a very good impression of Epic. I was encouraged to apply by a recruiter. After applying, I took a personality test (online), then I had a brief phone interview, then I was invited to Wisconsin for interviews for 2 days. first day was informal, dinner out with employee, second day i had 5 interviews and took 5 different written tests in math, verbal and programming. Overall I liked everything there but my salary expectations were too high for them (they told me so but i would not relocate for less). The interviews themselves were not too hard at all, normal questions you can expect form job interviews.
Pros: Food is alright, though I've found myself eating out more often than not, especially during after normal operating hours. Otherwise, it's a hike to trek across campus to get some grub. – Full Review
