Interviewed Jun 2009 in Provo, UT (took 1 week)
The working environment is very laid back, as was the interview process. They didn't not put an immense amount of pressure on the interview which made it easy to relax. They interview was easy; but they had a a two week training following the acceptance of the job that wasa little more detailed oriented. Everyone there was very helpful and were always checking up on me to ensure I was getting along just fine. Great environment, and great company to work for.
Interview Questions
Negotiation Details
Compensation wasn't actually discussed during the interview. Yes, the employer should have brought it up but it probably slipped his mind; and i was too nervous to ask. So, I just went along with it and the first time i found out my hourly wage was the day I got my first pay check. However, throughout my time spent at the company I have negotiated wages and benefits and they were more than willing to work with me and my school schedule in order to suit my needs.
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Skills Test, a Personality Test and a Background Check.
