Interviewed Jan 2012 in Madison, WI (took 4+ weeks)
First I had a simple phone interview..personality questions and a few questions about my resume and future plans
Then I had a skill assessment test...simple math/logic problems and a few on a programming (nothing you need to study for, even if you have never taken a programming class before).
Then I was invited to an on campus interview. It was a fun day, the campus is really nice and the employees make you feel extremely comfortable...Mostly everyone working their is in their 20s and it really takes away from any anxiety you might have. You are there with a lot of other recruits and everyone was very friendly. While on campus I was given a brief tour, then an overview of some of the software they use, then a position overview, then lunch (the food was excellent)....after that I had 4 consecutive interviews all mostly personality based.

Interviewed Nov 2011 in Madison, WI (took 3 weeks)
I applied online for Software Developer position in epic systems. First I had an phone interview with a technical personal. This interview was basically about my resume and lady told me about epic systems. Then after 1 week I got an email from them to schedule for assessment test in pearson test center. The test was easy with quantitative questions, questions about a new language(testing your understanding basically) and followed by 5 technical questions to write pesudo code for them using c/c++. These were a tricky. I wasn't able to get through the test.

Interviewed Jul 2011 in Madison, WI (took 2 months)
I applied to this company my own. Then, I took simple behavior test as well as simple math test. Then, there was a phone screening interview checking on my resume. After that, I attempted simple coding/math test at local library then I could go on site interview. Epic is very nice place. On the day of the interview they introduced us about their company and showed us around. There were bunch of interviews by different people. You will need to explain about one of your projects you did. Also there's a coding test. It's written test and the time is limited and it's very short. so you need to do it quick. And there is a lunch with employee. Overall I enjoyed this interview process even though i didn't get the offer.

Interviewed Dec 2011 in Madison, WI (took 2 months)
I applied at Epic after being contacted by them through Monster.com. After a week or two, I took a Rembrandt online personality test, followed by an online writing exam a few weeks later. I then had a very basic phone interview, which consisted mostly of verifying my work history, SAT/ACT test scores, school GPAs, etc. Next was a proctored math and logic exam.
Even though I was not confident about the exam, I received a phone call a few weeks later inviting me for an on-site interview. This is how it works: Epic flew me to Madison and gave me a very nice hotel room. I also interviewed for the Corporate Training position, so I went straight to Epic from the airport. Once there, I took a series of writing exams (2-3 hours), and then went to my hotel. That evening, an Epic employee took a few applicants out to dinner and a little sightseeing of downtown Madison. The next morning began a full day of tours and interviews.
The interview questions were somewhat standard, but there was an overwhelming focus on team work and cooperation. I felt that some of the scenarios posed were a bit ludicrous.
Madison seemed like a great town, and Epic seems like a great place to work. As many have noted, the staff is almost entirely under 30, and it seemed that nearly all non-technical staff were female. However, the whole process was grueling, and they are clearly looking for VERY specific employees.

Interviewed Dec 2011 (took a day)
Had initial phone interview and online assessments. Made it through to 2nd round. Currently waiting to do the exams that constitute the 2nd round of interviews.
The online assessments were very simple and the phone interview was your average resume screening. Don't sweat it!

Interviewed Jan 2012 (took 2+ weeks)
It was a good enough test and had skill based section , IQ section and coding section. The coding section was a bit tricky as you could also write pseudo code in it especially the last question was difficult and it took too much of my time. One should not do that

Interviewed Jan 2012 in Verona, WI (took 2 months)
I posted my resume on Monster.com, and received an email the next day encouraging me to apply. The company seemed interesting, so I did. I had been looking for jobs in significantly different fields, so I wasn't sure much would come of it. However, I received the request to take the Rembrandt test, then had a phone interview, and now about to take the skills assessment. The application process has been quite extended, they tend to take approximately 1-2 weeks between the steps along the way. My impressions of Epic thus far have been positive.
