Interviewed Jan 2012 in Madison, WI (took 3 weeks)
Started with filling their online application. Got call for a phone interview. Phone interview was basic and general. Mostly based on your resume and general questions like willing to relocate, desired salary, GRE/TOEFL scores etc. After 2 days, they wanted me to give a skills assessment test which consists of 3 sections. Got result about 10 days that i didn't clear.

Interviewed Jan 2012 (took a day)
Applied online and resume got selected. Then went through phone interview which was good and I cleared it to go for the second round. Very good interviewer on the phone, asked everything about previous experience, current work. Then gave a good description of the company.

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Madison, WI (took 2+ weeks)
I was contacted for a personality test first. Then I was scheduled for a phone interview. The phone interview was basically based on past work experience and general behavioral questions. It lasted for an hr or so. I was then scheduled for a skills assessment test which had some math, vocab, and coding related questions. It lasted for about 3 hours.
Overall the communications were over email and the HR wasn't prompt and professional enough in communications. The skills assessment test is the same for entry level/experience professionals which I think doesn't make sense.

Interviewed Dec 2011 in Madison, WI (took 3 months)
The first phone interview was just standard and quite easy. A software developer from the company asked me general questions regarding to my resume.
Then the technical assessment was like what the others described. Personally I didnot think it was really a hard one.
Now I'm waiting for my onsite call.

Interviewed Nov 2011 in Madison, WI (took 3 weeks)
I applied online for Software Developer position in epic systems. First I had an phone interview with a technical personal. This interview was basically about my resume and lady told me about epic systems. Then after 1 week I got an email from them to schedule for assessment test in pearson test center. The test was easy with quantitative questions, questions about a new language(testing your understanding basically) and followed by 5 technical questions to write pesudo code for them using c/c++. These were a tricky. I wasn't able to get through the test.

Interviewed Jul 2011 in Madison, WI (took 2 months)
I applied to this company my own. Then, I took simple behavior test as well as simple math test. Then, there was a phone screening interview checking on my resume. After that, I attempted simple coding/math test at local library then I could go on site interview. Epic is very nice place. On the day of the interview they introduced us about their company and showed us around. There were bunch of interviews by different people. You will need to explain about one of your projects you did. Also there's a coding test. It's written test and the time is limited and it's very short. so you need to do it quick. And there is a lunch with employee. Overall I enjoyed this interview process even though i didn't get the offer.

Interviewed Jan 2012 (took 2+ weeks)
It was a good enough test and had skill based section , IQ section and coding section. The coding section was a bit tricky as you could also write pseudo code in it especially the last question was difficult and it took too much of my time. One should not do that

Phone interview and online IQ test were straight forward. Skills test was challenging as I did not have data structures or algorithms course yet.
