Interviewed Jun 2011 in Madison, WI (took 3 weeks)
Was invited to apply online through one of their recruiters. About 1.5 weeks later, received an email to complete an online test (Rembrandt personality test). Next, received a phone interview request. The next day after the phone interview, which consists of previous work experience and interests, I was offered to interview on site. Epic also offered to fly my significant other and offered an additional stay due to possible relocation. The on site interview consist of 2 minute assessment test (logic, math and language), learning a programming language, one on one interview, and finally another math and programming test. The onsite interview started at 8:15 and ended at 3 pm.
The programming questions are easier than other software corporation such as Microsoft or Google.

Interviewed May 2011 (took 5 weeks)
I applied to epic through career service. Initially got a mail to fill out Rembrandt profile which was a quick test based on your IQ. very generic. Got a mail couple of days after to schedule a phone interview, again very generic, resume based questions and your interest to work in epic.
Next phase was an assessment round in my University which was programming round with 5 questions timed for 2 hours. After a week got a mail regarding onsite interview and took a while to get the dates fixed. Drove to Madison and stayed in Concourse hotel. Had a nice walking tour around Madison and gained some insights about the company as well as their working culture.
Next day, had a jam packed schedule till 3 in the afternoon with software demonstration, company overview, lunch with an employee and a presentation round ( had to present one of my projects ) and few assessment tests ( math and programming ) and finally HR interview. thats pretty much about the interview phase. It wasn't difficult, never felt I was in a interview, things went casually. All the best guys!! Epic seems to be doing a lot things and its a fun environment too...

Interviewed Apr 2011 (took a day)
The initial round will be a phone interview. It is basically a HR interview. Its kinda a laid back and the HR manager asks basic questions regarding our resume , interests, whether I am willing to relocate, what position I am looking for etc. She then gave me a brief overview of what Epic does and what are its future plans. The interview was completely stress free. The interviewer is very polite and makes sure that you know exactly what Epic wants.

Interviewed May 2011 (took 2 weeks)
Hello,
I was contacted by the HR department of Epic to apply for Software Developer position. I have applied online and after 2days got a mail to do the Rembrandt Assessment. After taking that, got a mail from HR in 4-5 days to schedule a telephonic interview. The interview was just basic, the interviewer would like to know more about oneself, GPA, projects done, etc. Got a mail after 4 days to schedule an appointment for assessment test in the local library. So looking forward to that.

I filed the application online, then passed a personality test in which some are related to personality, some are similar to GRE test questions. Then within one week, I got an email to schedule a phone interview which set up on the following week.In the interview, I was asked some normal behavior questions which I didn't prepare very well.
