I was contacted by a recruiter and decided to take it a shot. Took a personality test called Rembrandt and then had a phone interview with a software engineer. Rembrandt was pretty straightforward nothing to worry about really and the interview with employee was basically just to go over my resume and confirm the information included in it. I took the skills test a local library and it was not very hard but the last problems on the programming section were a bit tricky.

It was fairly simple, talked to a recruiter at a career fair and they emailed me the next day to set up a phone interview and a computer based skill test that tests your logic and programming skills. Spent 1/2 a day at their offices in Wisconsin went on a tour talked to some employees and had a behavioral interview, nothing too hard.

simple interview talk on the phone. Basic questions about resume.
It was pretty laid-back, and he asked me to describe the experience I had. He also asked me about the programming experience and traveling maximum rate. There were mostly behavior questions.
Besides, he recommended his working environment to me and shared his working experience.

I took the IQ/Intelligence Test of Epic group. I followed my mind to answer the IQ questions. It took me about 20 minutes to finish. I don't know whether I passed their IQ test, because they sent me a rejection letter, say the background does not match with their requirement. However, I still want to know my result of IQ test. They have no answer about this yet. Hope this is helpful.

Got thru phone interviews and was warned that the 1:1 interview with EVP of Sales would be a little odd. He would ask questions like, how much did you pay for your house? Or tell me what comes to your mind in a one word comment when I mention the following names: President Obama, Jack Welch, etc.

The process seemed a bit drastic for the position but got an in-depth review of materials and business procedures. I had a one-on-one interview with the HR representative, after completing my few IQ tests. Then I was sent a test based off a SAT math and verbal questions.
This process lasted over 3 weeks and was very detailed. I did not understand the programming code and was blind sided by the test.
