Equinix Recruiter Interview

Interviewed Dec 2009 (took 5 days)

I had a phone interview with one of the onsite recruiters; she was friendly and personable. She asked basic questions about my experience and my ability to do the job. She clearly laid out the time frame they were looking at and responded to me within that time frame. I didn’t make it past the phone screen, but they definitely had their act together and were well organized.
