Interviewed Jul 2009 (took 5 weeks)
the year was 2009 and I was desperately seeking employment since i as unemployed. This company put me through HELL. I went through SEVEN interviews and they never once made me an offer. after reading the employee reviews,am glad they did not. Good riddance. NEVER AGAIN. they had me all over Atlanta when I could barely afford Gas. I met with 4 property managers , a senior leasing consultant, 2 corporate interviews and tthen silence...... not a word, not an email and not a call. If they can treat prospective employees like that, then it must be hell on earth for the current employees.

Interviewed May 2009 in San Diego, CA (took 1 week)
I lived at the apartment originally and found out about the opening for a Leasing Consultant when I called the office for advice about a temp agency in the area. The Leasing Consultant at the time was getting promoted at another property and told me about the opening because of her leaving. She asked that I apply online and said that she would recommend me to the manager.
