    Application

I applied through an employee referral – interviewed at Ericsson-Worldwide (Plano, TX) in January 2014.

    Interview

The hiring process required multiple forms of contact with people that currently work at Ericsson. After a short phone interview with a recruiting professional and a large amount of online forms, I was granted an in person interview. During the interview, the manager interviewing me was nice, but he seemed inattentive. It didn't surprise me when I didn't ever hear anything from him ever again.

    Application

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 4+ weeksinterviewed at Ericsson-Worldwide (Dallas, TX) in September 2013.

    Interview

I was referred to the job by an Ericsson employee, recruiter called and did an initial screening, salary, experience, "Why Ericsson?" and why leave the current employer. They then attempted to set-up a time for an interview with the team. Schedules were packed for all involved so it took 2-3 days to get on the calendar 2 weeks out. On interview day, all went well with questions, inquiries, nothing too tough. Overall a positive experience just took a while.
