Interviewed Nov 2011 (took a day)
The first round was an online test. The test had three sections- Technical, Quantitative Aptitude and Verbal Aptitude. The technical section had very basic questions about C, C++, Data Structures, Operating Systems and Networks. Quantitative Aptitude and verbal was no different from the ones conducted by many other companies.
The second round was a Group Discussion. A group of 8 members moderated by three representatives from the company. The topic was very generic. We were asked to talk about "Social Networking- A boon or a curse".5 out of 8 from our group, got through to next round.
Third was a technical interview. A one-on-one interview. 90% of the questions were on Networks. He asked me each layer. Some practical problems. The remaining 10% was for UNIX and my project work.
The last round was HR. This round was pretty easy. No stumping questions or grilling.

Interviewed Aug 2011 (took 5 days)
Received email and phone call from HR to determine when I was free, and then they sent me a schedule of interviews and location. Interviewed 1:1 with three people, two of which were directors of different sects. All were friendly and professional. Got a phone call a few days later to go over results of interview, which was to determine pay and start date.Received a lot of tasks after that, such as drug testing, providing background, and reading documents online and filling out more forms. Very corporate.

Interviewed Sep 2010 (took 3 weeks)
The process was pretty straightforward. I applied for several positions on the job page. The recruiting agency had contacted me and arrange a set of tests. After passing those test the line manager invited me on an 1:1 interview, explained the position, the work in general and then asked me about my previous experience. I even had to go into very technical details while explaining my recent work.

Interviewed Apr 2012 in San Jose, CA (took a day)
Had a phone interview with one of their engineering managers and he explained that the position was more of a software engineer type. Thus I could not answer any of the technical questions, since my background was more on hardware or firmware type. He asked about structs, unions and linked list because I had C/C++ on my resume. Overall, it was an eye opener as now I know what topics I should learn more about when I practice C/C++ on my own over the summer.
