The process was pretty straightforward. I applied for several positions on the job page. The recruiting agency had contacted me and arrange a set of tests. After passing those test the line manager invited me on an 1:1 interview, explained the position, the work in general and then asked me about my previous experience. I even had to go into very technical details while explaining my recent work.

Hr approach me initially. Then send updated resume. Phone interview first then ob site interview. 5 people in one-one . Some skill test and coding. After a week, hr contact for background check. then give an offer.
Deny offer because of overall benefit and salary can't meet expected

I got a phone interview this morning from their HR.. without any notice.. questions are very CV based..
if you have recently graduate from college, questions will be asked about your discipline.. projects / essays.. how do you scale your OOP ability.. why do you apply for this position.. an so on.. the whole process takes about 20 mins.

Interviewed May 2008 in Plano, TX (took a day)

I was interviewed out of college. Phone interview with the HR first, then at the company HQ in Plano, TX. I was interviewed by 3 engineers, some of them were RF (Electrical Engineers). Then we had lunch and that was it. The plano campus is very nice and so were the interviewers.

Interviewed with 2 people fist day, then 4 people next. Then received offer. It was pretty straight forward C++ questions: write insert function for linked list, implement bubble sort, etc...
