Interviewed Feb 2012 in Erie, PA (took a day)
There is an interview with a human resources representative first. They ask you the usual interview questions. Such as what do you know about the company, why do you want to work here, where do you see yoursel in five years, etc. Then there is an interview with the supervisor of the position you applied for. In my case there was the supervisor, an ex-intern that is full time now, and another lady on their team. They asked about my experiences in school and my other work. They wanted to know what languages and IDEs I had experience with. What office products I had used. What operating system knowledge I had. A really big point with them was team work. Multiple questions about how my teams worked and what they worked on and my experiences with them.

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Erie, PA (took a day)
Applied online and met with hiring manager at an info session prior to the interview. The hiring manager was very nice and talkative during the interview. Most of the interview questions were behavioral in nature. There wasn't a whole lot of questions about my experience or skills or anything on my resume.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Erie, PA (took a day)
I was contacted by telephone to schedule the interview. A follow-up email provided directions on taking a personality test online prior to the interview. The interview consisted of two sessions lasting approximately one hour each, with an HR representative and then with the supervisor and department manager. It seemed as though the HR rep hadn't read my employment history thoroughly as she made several incorrect references to my "first job out of school." She also spent a lot of time going over the company's benefits, which seemed strange in that I had not been offered a job yet. The second interview with the supervisor and department manager was more position-related. They asked for several examples relating to my experience and their current projects.
