Interviewed Nov 2011 (took 3 days)
My parents had a friendship with the vice-presient of Human Resources, so they got me first and interview with him where i explained him what where my goals in life and in what type of company i wanted to develop my personal / profesional skills / potential. After we finished the meeting, he told me he was going to give my CV to the recruiting staff so they could contact in the future. Three weeks later i got i call and agreed to have an interview with the Advisory Managing Partner. The interview wasn't about testing my knowledge, it was more about to get to know me better, as a person, what skills i had, what were my goals in life, etc. After we finished, he told me that i really liked him and that human resources was going to contact me to take the complementary exams (psichological and english ones). Two weeks later i got a interview with the recruiting staff where they made an offer to join E&Y, I took it.
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview and a Background Check.

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Chicago, IL (took 3 weeks)
First round was a 45-minute one-on-one on-campus. All behavior questions, pretty informal. After first round they ask you to submit a timed writing sample online.
Second round had a dinner the night before, then two 45 minute behavioral interviews (similar to first round). Not too difficult.
E&Y and the position both definitely were not a good fit for me, with the company culture and focus on Financial Services. However, I was really disappointed with their impersonal rejection email 2 weeks after the interview. A quick call would have been much nicer.

Interviewed Oct 2011 (took a day)
This is the 1st round on campus one. I was interviewed by a manager in the function I applied for. She is very nice and very open for questions. Basically the 1st round is the behavioral questions which can help the managers to know your personality as well as the way you work. I got informed for the next round and will update with you guys more later after I am done with that. Thanks

Interviewed Aug 2010 (took 2 days)
I was interviewed by several diff. people, including upper management, a recruiter and someone in an unrelated field to the one i was applying for. I guess this was their control. Each interview was about 30 min or more each and i was ushered from one office to another by the person conducting the interview at that time.

Interviewed Feb 2011 (took 2 weeks)
got contact by recruiter and scheduled one phone interview with HR manager, and onsite interview with 2 senior manangers and 2 partners at EY New York Office. My advise to interview candidates, to prepare a good story of behavior question, it is hard to make up something at interview. I was impressed by people culture at EY and accepted the offer immediately.

Interviewed Feb 2011 (took a day)
The hiring process was rigorous. After the initial campus interview, I was invited for an office visit. The office visit consisted of 5 rounds of interview, including case based interview and writing assessment. I was taken out for lunch. During the lunch the discussion was formal. In all the interview process was well designed and executed.

Interviewed Jan 2009 in Monterrey, Estado de Nuevo Leon (Mexico) (took a day)
It was a fast and friendly interview... The Senior Manager inverviewed me for about 10 minutes, he did most of the talking, telling me what the job was about. I talked a little about myself and after that he told me I was Hired. I did the psycometric exames and went two days later for my first day.

Interviewed Dec 2010 (took 2 days)
3 interviews, one of them a case interview, plus 1 writing sample. The most important thing they seem to consider is your communication skills. If you can carry a conversation and sound competent, you're in. They like to know that if you meet with a client, you won't make them look bad. Previous experience doesn't really matter at this point, you're obviously qualified if you've made it this far.
