Interviewed Feb 2011 (took a day)
The hiring process was rigorous. After the initial campus interview, I was invited for an office visit. The office visit consisted of 5 rounds of interview, including case based interview and writing assessment. I was taken out for lunch. During the lunch the discussion was formal. In all the interview process was well designed and executed.

Interviewed Jan 2009 in Monterrey, Estado de Nuevo Leon (Mexico) (took a day)
It was a fast and friendly interview... The Senior Manager inverviewed me for about 10 minutes, he did most of the talking, telling me what the job was about. I talked a little about myself and after that he told me I was Hired. I did the psycometric exames and went two days later for my first day.

Interviewed Dec 2010 (took 2 days)
3 interviews, one of them a case interview, plus 1 writing sample. The most important thing they seem to consider is your communication skills. If you can carry a conversation and sound competent, you're in. They like to know that if you meet with a client, you won't make them look bad. Previous experience doesn't really matter at this point, you're obviously qualified if you've made it this far.

Interviewed Mar 2011 (took a day)
It started with a pre-interview dinner, which is set to know the candidates better and make them comfortable and gain a basic understanding about the company. the interview was short, about 30 minutes, mainly a walkthrough of the resume

Interviewed Feb 2011 in Atlanta, GA (took 2 months)
The questions she ask me had to do with, what were my experience like in teaming, name one of the most stressful times in your life and how you managed it. What is one of your weaknesses and how do you manage it, or try and make it better. This is one of the first interviews from a college recruiter, once we were done, we went on to go over past experience in jobs and educational background.

Interviewed Nov 2010 in New York, NY (took 3 months)
Standard behavioral interviews, both on campus and during campus visit. E&Y is a lot more conservative than Deloitte. They look for presentability in new hires. Can you dress well and speak intelligently. How is your posture and handshake. Do you have an engaging personality, can you impress people, flatter them?

Interviewed Aug 2010 in Houston, TX (took 2 weeks)
The interview consisted of three one on one interviews. The first interview was with the office head. it was very casual and included very few interview questions. The second interview started with a review of my resume and then moved to my financial background. The interviewer tried to grill me and make me uncomfrotable. The last interview was about past work expereince and ended with me asing questions about the firm.
