Interviewed Jan 2010 (took 2 months)
First interview was performed on college campus and lasted approximately 45 minutes. Subsequently, I was extended an invitation to attend an office interview. In the office, I met many current employees and had interviews with about 4 people. They educated us on firm culture and technology resources. After the office visit I was extended an offer approximately 2 days later.

Interviewed Nov 2011 (took a day)
it was an on campus interview. the interviewer was seemingly nice. She picked several points on my resume and raised Qs about them. There is no technical Qs. Very quickly, she asked if I have any questions. She watched her watch several times during the interview.

Interviewed Apr 2011 in Los Angeles, CA (took a day)
First you are contacted through email for a campus interview. Then you are interviewed one on one with an HR representative. Afterwards, if you are selected for a second round interview, you go into the office, and are interviewed by four different employees.

Interviewed Nov 2011 in New York, NY (took 6+ weeks)
Very typical campus recruiting process. First round was on campus, which included a prenight get-together and a one-to-one interview with a manager the following day. Quite casual, the interview only lasted 15 mins. The manager mentioned in the prenight that the length of the interview did not mean anything. He asked one or two behavior questions and mostly asked me to explain my experiences on my resume. Then I waited for entire two weeks until receiving notice of the next round office visit in New York.
Second round included two back-to-back interviews, an office tour, a free lunch and a background check. I interviewed with two partners in FSO. And neither of them asked me more than one behavior question. They talked about themselves, went through my resume and asked me to ask them questions.
Suggestions for second round. The interviewers will definitely focus on your resume, so make sure you could explain your experiences well. The interviews are like conversations, so do not be nervous. And prepare a lot of questions. My second interviewer let me take the lead after his self introduction.

Interviewed Oct 2010 in Cleveland, OH (took 2 weeks)
College students are often scared of interviewing with the Big 4 but EY made it so easy! They really care about who you are as a person and not so much about your grades, etc. There are many high requirements of course but I had the best experience the EY compared to the other Big 4.

Interviewed Nov 2011 in New York, NY (took 7 weeks)
Met with Partner on campus. Very laid back interview. Spoke about my experiences and how I juggle work and graduate school. Was invited for office visit where I had two interviews: one with a partner and one with a senior manager. Again interviews were more conversational. Senior manager asked me more about my day to day activities and about exactly what I do. Very nice people!
Took over 2 weeks to get back to me (I'm assuming I was 2nd tier).

Interviewed Oct 2011 in Boston, MA (took a day)
Met with a recruiter at a career fair. She was really nice as you'd expect. Followed up with her afterwords and scheduled a phone interview for a week later. I always feel phone interviews are tough and I wasn't able to get a read on how I did. Obviously did not do great as I never heard back and she didn't respond to my email after.
