Interviewed Oct 2009 (took 4+ weeks)
The night before they had a social night where you can meet other interviewees and your interviewers. Then the interview the next day was behavioral and pretty casual.

Interviewed Jun 2010 (took a day)
The interview was not that bad. They have it strategically mapped out so you interview with a senior manager and a partner and then you go to lunch with an escort. You get to ask questions to first or second year staff in an informal setting (at lunch) as they are trying to gauge how you interact with people.

Interviewed Apr 2010 in Paris (France) (took 2+ weeks)
I had an interview thought the school ( Escp europe) to join the company as junior auditor for the oil sector.
The recrutment process is new and nowadays we have to pass a recrutment session as in UK. it consists of: online personality test, group discussion, verbal and reasoning teston site, interview 1:1 witha manager. I got the second round interview and i am waiting for a feedback.
I was wondering how long does it usually take to get a feedback after a second round interview with E&Y? (positive feedback :-p) Can anyone help me?

Were very friendly overall. She was also very attractive. They want to know that you are completely committed to the office you are applying to. Asked me many behavioral interview questions; e.g., tell me about a difficult time you had in a team environment, what do you enjoy about working with teams, etc.. They like to see a high GPA and previous accounting work experience.

Interviewed Oct 2009 in East Palo Alto, CA (took 2 days)
I was flown in from out of state. I got there in the afternoon and then met E&Y and other candidates at a restaurant for a social gathering. It was a little hard to talk to different people because you were stuck with the people at your table. The next morning was the interview. It went from 9 to 3. There were presentations about different programs in the company and then three one-on-one interviews. Then I went to lunch with some new hires. There was a last presentation and then I was flown home. Everyone was nice and it was a really 'fair' interview. I didn't get an offer though. The one thing that was really annoying is that I didn't get reimbursed for my travel expenses until 3 months later because their processing took forever and I had to call some number of some office in Texas several times to get my check.

Interviewed Oct 2009 (took a day)
E&Y has very relaxed conversation style interview. There are 2 interviewers each doing 30min interview separately. The interview questions are all behavioural questions - no technicals involved. The questions themselves were not that challenging to answer but how you present yourself and how you fit into their culture is what they are looking at I think. You get a phone call on the day you do the interview if you got the job.

Interviewed Oct 2009 in San Jose, CA (took 2 days)
Interviews consisted of a first round on campus with a manager and a second round in their local office with a senior, a manager, and a partner. Very friendly and fun recruiting process (casino night and bocce ball socials). I really felt that the people there were very friendly, warm and welcoming, although I did get the impression that they all worked very hard.

Interviewed Jul 2009 in Indianapolis, IN (took a day)
Was invited to the summer leadership program. Everyone involved in the program then got an office interview. Three interviews of 30 minutes each with a manager, senior manager, and a partner. Basic questions about teamwork and who you are. The program and the interview took 3 days to complete, and it did not result in an offer. Also the rejection email said that I had not been chosen for an internship position, although I was actually interviewing for a full-time position.

Interviewed Aug 2008 in McLean, VA (took 2 weeks)
Most of their full time recruitment comes from the internship. The thing that attracted me the most about this company was the work culture and they way the employees are treated in the company. It gave me a good feel that I would be a good fit to the company. There are 2 rounds of interview. One was taken in the college and the other was done by partner. It was only behavioral interview and you just need to be yourself.
