-Applied online by submitting my CV and filling in the electronic forms which required answering behavioral type questions.
Received a call the next day saying EY wanted me to come into the Brisbane office for testing.
-7 days later: In-office numerical & verbal tests.
-3 weeks later: Interview with two senior consultants & group case study & presentation.
-Partner interview.

Ernst and Young are an extremely approachable company who seemed as though they really wanted to recruit those who were offered the opportunity to attend the recruitment day. The interviewers were very friendly and helpful, even to the point of offering examples when I was a bit stuck on a particular question. The one on one interview contains mainly motivational and behavioural style questions.

I got a phone interview first for their risk management consulting jobs - it was just about my background and skills. A face-to-face interview with scheduled about 1-2 wks after the phone interview. It was a panel interview - a company director and a line manager. I talked about my broad knowledge in risk management consulting and community service work. However, the role was targetting specifically on AML, which I had some exposure but not a great deal. It went about the 45mins. I got rejected after few hours of the interview. Some feedback was provided a few days later - they needed someone with very strong AML background. That's about it.
