Interviewed Apr 2011 in Waterloo, ON (Canada) (took 2 weeks)
The interview was with a senior manager at EY, whom I’d gotten to know quite well through all the on campus recruiting events. This interview was at their office and it was about a half hour in length. The interview was your standard behavioural interview (tell about a time when you have an uncooperative group member, etc.) and was focused entirely on group work. There was also a question on time management. Marks never came up. The first question was “tell me about yourself”. I didn’t get an offer, but I think it was because I didn’t perform well in the interview.

Interviewed Oct 2010 in Toronto, ON (Canada) (took a day)
Good opportunity for an entry level position. The interview was consist of a good mix of both technical content and character content. The behavioral questions were tricky. The interviewers were nice. They were looking for someone with advanced VBA programming skills and good work ethics.

Interviewed Jan 2009 in Toronto, ON (Canada) (took 2+ weeks)
Typical HR/behavioral interview first, for just about 15 minutes. Then an interview with a partner and a senior staff, mostly technical but also some behavioral questions too. the second interview took almost 2 hours. It took them forever to get back to me.
