Interviewed May 2009 in Dallas, TX (took a day)
After talking to recruiters at my university's career fair, I was invited to EY's spring recruiting events. I barely had a 3.0 GPA and didn't even expect to be invited to interview. It was because of my effort and persistence in maintaining contact with the recruiters I met at the career fair that I was able to get myself into consideration.
The first event was a dinner and the next day was on campus interviews with a partner. This interview is very relaxed and basic. Basically, if the partner likes you, then you get invited to the next recruiting event. All interview questions asked by the partner were read from a list of questions that they post on their website. I happened to have 1 really great answer where I just gave an honest and passionate response about one of my class projects and how much I learned about teamwork. The partner told me it was the best answer he heard all day. About a week later, I received an email saying my interview went well and they invited me to the next recruiting event.
The next recruiting event was a group activity followed by a dinner with 3-4 members from the same group/dept. for which I was applying. I didn't speak much or present myself as well as I would have liked during the event. About 2 weeks after the recruiting event, I ran into one of my classmates who was interviewing for the same position and he asked me why I did not goto the last recruiting event. Then about a week later, I got the automated rejection email saying no thanks.
I believe that if I had better small talk skills or more fratboy-like, then I probably would have been invited to the next recruiting event. After all the on-campus recruiting events, they invite you to the office visit.

Interviewed Apr 2010 in Dallas, TX (took 4 weeks)
i was schedualed an interview with 4 managers, 30 min for each. I actually had the chance to interview with both managers at once and 2 managers individually. Managers were very nice and friendly, they seem to be very close, and they don't intend to ask any complicated questions.
