Interviewed Nov 2010 (took 2 months)
They truly made me feel wanted, which was great. Very friendly. They asked a lot of behavioral questions. There were two interview rounds. The first was at my college campus, and the second was in the office. Each round consisted of 2-3 interviews.

Interviewed Nov 2011 (took 4 weeks)
I spoke with two recruiters by phone, and then met in person with an HR representative, two senior managers, and a partner. All of my interviews were one on one. Questions revolved around my background and prior experience. I had the sense that candidates should elaborate on prior experriene in a concise way and offer a very polished and professional demeanor.

Interviewed Jan 2010 (took 3+ weeks)
first round consisted of a telephone screening with the HR/Recruiter. After about a week, the scheduler of the practice sent me an email with specific people from the practice that I'll be meeting with for a second round of interviews. I met the practice leader first, then Sr Mgr, Manager, and lastly a Director. They were great in explaining the work, their backgrounds, expectations, and EY. It felt more of a discussion than an interview. About a week later, I received an offer.

Interviewed Jan 2012 (took 2 months)
I first applied online and did a very brieft test. Afterwards I was invited to write a written test in person. The content of that was to write an email to colleagues. The second round was a group discussion and presentation. This round was fairly easy, but at the end each of us was asked to state why we wanted to join. I was then invited to the 1 on 1 interview with the partner. She was very nice. All in all, just be positive and show that you have the preseverance to endure a tough yet fruitful career, look smart and you should be alright

Interviewed Aug 2010 in Birmingham, AL (took a day)
I forgot the interviewers name, so that definitely took the interview to a terrible low.
Don't forget the interviewers name. It also stunk that my interviewer was of the same sex and seemed like he/she didn't like me very much. Was a tough sell to someone who looked at you like they didn't care very much for you.
