Interview Details – I interviewed first on campus with a Senior Manager who traveled to school from the office. After successfully getting through first round, I traveled to the city to complete the second round. Second round consisted of a full day beginning with breakfast and presentations. Each potential candidate then interviewed with two employees. For me, my interviewers were a senior manager and a very well-known partner. I was called the next day with the good news of my offer.

Negotiation Details – The most significant thing I was able to negotiate was being able to go back to school for my masters year with the offer signed and settled.
Other Details - I applied through a recruiter and the process took 2 days.
