Interview Details – I started off with a series of phone interviews. These were mostly informational - Ernst and Young trying to get to know me, while I tried to get to know their division. The last phone interview was more technical, and included a few technical questions about 'What would you do in Situation X?', as well as a few standard 'Tell me about a time when you...' interview style questions. After these, I was invited for in-person interviews.
Interview Question – Tell me about a time when you had to take a leadership role in a group. Answer Question
Other Details - I applied through a recruiter and the process took 2+ weeks.
