Accepted Offer – Interviewed in McLean, VA Jul 2008 – Reviewed Mar 16, 2009
Interview Details – I applied online via the website. EY's online recruiting tool was the easiest to navigate amongst the Big 4 accounting firms. Upon applying, I received a confirmation email regarding my candidacy. A week later I receieved another email asking to set up a phone interview with a Recruiter from EY. I accepted, set up an agreeable date and time. I spoke to Heather Feaster, Experienced hire recruiter about the position and how my background was applicable. I found her to be very pleasant and knowledgeable. I was contacted 2 days later and invited for an in house interview. I spoke with 4 members of my eventual team. All were very kind, knowledgeable and well prepared for our meetings. The front desk staff were also friendly. Be yourself. EY has a great people culture and is without a doubt the type of place that looks for passion and personality.
