Interview Details – This sucked! The Ernst and Young people were all very nice at events, like meet the firms... however their interview selection made no sense at all. totally only picked people they had talked to, and a gew with actual talent, instead of interviewing a lot of people with skills. Totally epitomize the phrase, :its not what you know but who you know" (if you cant tell, i'm not "who they know" and my strong credentials got me nowhere).
