Interviewed Sep 2009 in San Jose, CA (took 3 days)
The interview process is long and drawn out. Not just for EY but for all of the Big 4 accounting firms. You jump through their hoops, you go to the socials, you're told how amazing you are, and then you get an email after weeks of effort saying "sorry, we don't want you" It's really a disheartening process. If you make it past the first round of interviews then you're treated quite well. I was flown out to the location and given an office tour and met quite a few people. I really like the general attitude of the people who were in the office.
Interview Questions
Negotiation Details
There really wasn't a negotiation phase because I only have the one offer. I worry that others are getting paid more because they have better offers to fight for.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview.
