Interviewed Jun 2009 in Secaucus, NJ (took 4 weeks)
Initial phone screen with recruiter.
Initial phone interview with one technical staff member.
Followed by on-site interview with multiple technical staff.
Followed by on-site interview with management & hiring manager (to confirm hire decision).
Offer made. Accepted. Negotiated start date.
Company was fair and transparent in its dealings. Nice people, nice facility, a good place to work. A decent work culture (not a sweatshop).

No salary negotiations - maximum contract hourly rate was offered and could not be increased.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Background Check.
