Ernst & Young Sales Representative Interview

Interviewed Feb 2009 (took a day)

I applied through my school and got a call instantly. they asked me if i were interested in sales rep position. i said yes. then they gave me a date to interview.I was greeted by an employee who handed me an application and told me to sit in the conference room to wait for the manager to interview me. To my surprise, 3 other people filed in with their own applications and then the manager finally came in. We listened to a 90 minute presentation about why FIC is a great company to work for. I have to say the manager did a really good job in selling the business. But the 1:1 interview bothered me. I have been interviewing for various positions and FIC didn't ask any substantial interview questions. I wondered how they would know that I was qualified or even a good fit with asking about 5 questions and then offering me a 2nd interview.
