Interviewed Oct 2010 in Secaucus, NJ (took 2 days)
I applied online and received an email for a phone interview with HR. Phone interview is mostly about your resume and work experiences. Invited for a 1:1 interview with a Director and Assistant Director. Interview itself is not that bad, so long as you really know what you wrote in your resume. Friendly atmosphere and I did not feel intimidated
Negotiation Details
Didn't get the chance to negotiate
Other Details
I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Background Check, a Skills Test, a 1:1 Interview and a Phone Interview.

Interviewed Mar 2011 in New York, NY (took a day)
I was contacted about a week prior with details regarding my visit to the office, and they generously flew me to New York to interview with the firm's IT Advisory Services branch.
The day consisted of the following:
2 behavioral interviews.
1 case study.
I was pleased as punch to be at the office, and the people were very nice. I thought that the managers who I interacted with were very polite, and even though I didn't get the offer, I would be very happy to interview again. Everyone else seemed very busy though, but, well, that's the nature of the job.

Interviewed May 2011 in New York, NY (took 1 week)
Fairly standard for the Big 4; initial screening over the phone, passed off to the area recruiter for another phone screening, had a 30-minute phone interview with a Senior Manager in my practice, was then selected to fly up to 5 Times Square (New York) for on-site final interviews which consisted of Partner, Senior Manager, and Manager interviews, plus a detailed discussion with the recruiter. Generally behavioral though some focus on technical competency.

Interviewed May 2011 in New York, NY (took 1 week)
Received a call through E&Y's corporate recruiter and talked over the phone for 10 minutes. Then I was scheduled on call with a senior manager. One week later based on the positive feedback I was invited to 5 Times Square to meet with 2 other managers and the practice leader (partner level). The interview were pretty easy since no tough technical questions were involved.

Interviewed Feb 2011 in New York, NY (took 1+ week)
I applied through the company website. I got a call from recruiter within 3 days (on a tuesday). She interviewed me over th phone for 30 minutes. Later she scheduled an interview with a senior manager day after (on a Thursday), which was followed by series of 1:1 interview with partners and principals (on a friday). Total 8 interviews (2 Phone + 6 1:1). Later I was informed on Wednesday next week that the interviewers liked me. they wanted to make an offer. After almost 2 weeks actual offer was made. later they started the Background investigation and rest of the formalities. Interview was more about how well I could sell my resume to them than a pure technical one.

Applied through campus recruiting website. Contacted via telephone to come in for "superday", which consisted of one 45 minute Case Study interview, two 45 minute behavior interviews, and one 45 minute writing prompt. The process was long and tiresome. They treated us to a very nice lunch following the interviews.

Interviewed Mar 2011 in New York, NY (took 1+ week)
I got the on-campus interview after submitting a copy of my resume in the NYU career fair. I think high GPA is a key for them picking you. The on-campus interview is general behavioral and very easy. It only took about 20 minutes. Then about one week later they informed me to attend the Supper Day practice which is a sequence of interviews in a single day. It includes two behavioral interviews with managers, one case study with a manager and one writing sample. The interviews were pretty easy except the case study for non-business background guy like me. The case was about bank merger. I guess the interviewer was manager of risk management department because he kept asking me about every type of risk of this case. Then they took me to have lunch. After filling a form about questions like "Have you applied other companies?" I went home. I got rejection email the next Wednesday.
