Interviewed Jan 2008 in Houston, TX (took a day)
The interview is very conversational; interviewed by Managers, Sr. Managers, and Partners individually. You will be taken to lunch by seniors and staff. The interviewers will tell you about a specific aspect of the company and ask questions related to your interest in the firm and the accounting profession. They love when you ask alot of questions have intent to take the CPA exam.

Interviewed Feb 2009 (took 4+ weeks)
Started out with a one-on-one interview at my college campus. It was your standard behavioral interview with a focus on my plans to become CPA licensed and ready for a career in public accounting. Everyone was very friendly.
I was invited to second round interviews at the office. The company paid for my transportation and hotel stay. I went to a pre-interview dinner, information session, and I had one interview with a senior manager. Again, it was standard behavioral and why accounting.

Interviewed Feb 2008 in Boston, MA (took 2 weeks)
The phone interview with an HR rep contains very generic questions. Do not be alarmed if you feel like you are not creating a personal connection with the interviewer. However, once you meet the people you will work with, the interview process becomes a lot more enjoyable.
