Cleared the aptitude round. basic accouting qestions, journal entries, excel questions.etc
called for hr round after almost 2 months. they are very slow in the process

IT WAS GOOD..FIRST ROUND WAS A COMMUNICATION ROUND WERE WE NEED TO SPEAK FOR THE GIVEN TOPIC FOR ONE MINUTE..60 WERE THERE FROM THAT 10 GOT SELECTED FOR APTITUDE TEST.. AFTER THAT THEY SAID THEY WILL EMAIL REGARDING THE NEXT ROUND..

Received mail from HR for the Interview. 4 rounds of interview which consists of: Initial interview with HR,Aptitude Test,HR Round,Technical Round. I would advice the other interview candidates that be specific to the answer, be confident whatever you project youself towards interviewer. Excellent and calm environment.

It was a walk-in. they were very professional and quick. Had total of 3 rounds on the 1st day. First round was resume screening. 2nd was a written test which consisted of questions ranging from reasoning, grammar, accounting, quant etc. 3rd was the HR round which was more behavioral. It was kind of stress interview but quite interesting. At the end of the 3rd round of interview, i was told that if I feel I have performed well, i should start preparing for the next round (technical) and if i dont feel that, I should just leave it.
