Interviewed Oct 2009 (took a day)
I applied this position on my school career website, but before that, I met the recruiter during a job fair. What I suggest, take your time talking to the recruiter one on one. Do not talk to the recruiter in group, this will minimize your chance the recruiter will remember you. Also, if you are unsure what to say, talk to other firms you have no interest as a warm up.
My interviewer was running a bit late, so I didn't had much time on my interview.
There is a mixture of behavior/situation and open ended questions during my interview.
These questions are:
1) Why do you choose tax?
2) 3 part questions: Describe your company? Describe your responsibilities in your company? How does your responsibilities relate to your company?
3) Describe a time where you have to deal a difficult customer and how did you resolve the situation?
4) Describe a time where your team faces a difficult obstacle and how did you or your team resolve the situation?
5) Why did you choose accounting?
I say to answer behavior/situation question, use STAR (Situation or Task, Action and Result) approach.

Interviewed Nov 2007 (took 2 weeks)
The initial interview occured on college campus. It was a mostly a laid back interview and ended up mostly being a forty-five minute conversation about my college life and about the the position I was going for. The office interview consisted of three interviews with managers and partners. The interview process was overall well organized and a positive experience.
