Interviewed Nov 2011 in Detroit, MI (took a day)
Attended the social before the night before, which was helpful. Relatively casual interview. The recruiter started by introducing himself and than walked through my resume asking questions about my course work. My only gripe was how long it took to get a reply and than the reply was via email. Wish they would have called just so I could get some feedback.

Interviewed Sep 2011 in New York, NY (took a day)
The 1st round interview was pretty basic. The interviewer only wanted to learn about me as a person and my experiences, to see if both were a good fit for the position. Asked me questions like, what was your favorite class and why did you choose your major? What did you do at your previous jobs?

Interviewed Jun 2009 (took a day)
It was long and exhausting day . I had 1:1 interviews on the same day with 4 senior managers, each session lasting 20-30 minutes. The questions were a combination of behavioral and finance related topics, concepts. Everyone was nice at the interview that ended with a lunch with all candidates.
