The interviewing process is rather slow. You have to go through a few rounds with HR, your new boss, then more HR.

The phone interview was held in the afternoon and lasted less than an hour and I received the job offer from a Human Resources representative the next morning
There was a Drug test and acceptance letter that was mailed out after the verbal acceptance.

First sent out e-mails to appropriate people and made sure to follow up, did not wait for them to contact me. Then had the interview over the phone- asked my leadership skills/why i'm qualified for an internship position with their company.
