I felt the interview process was very smooth. I conducted my phone interview first and a few days later, I did my one on one interview. It was all worth it, I actually got offered a higher position than what I applied for!

Negotiation Details
I did not need to negotiate they offered me substantially more than what I was asking for!!! I would advise others to go for it. This is a growing company that offers alot of growth potential!
Other Details
I applied In-Person and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Background Check.
