Interview was somewhat stuffy for the type of company it was. Did not seem like they actually enjoyed their products or their jobs. Almost seemed as if there was a fear of management and maybe a criticism of micro-managment.

I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Personality Test.
