    Editor Interview

    Anonymous Interview Candidate
    Accepted Offer

    Application

I applied through other source. The process took 2+ monthsinterviewed at Euromoney.

    Interview

Haphazard, chaotic, no proper procedures - it was mostly based on the approval or otherwise of the editor. So it was a very subjective interview. I had very much the impression that my skills were not being judged but my ability to make friends with the interviewer -- which is a sign of inexperience.

One phone call, one group interview. Very short process, although they were thorough at checking references etc. I do not know how many candidates were involved, but process seemed reasonably cursory to me

3 Interviews, 1 interview includes CV screening and test (economic data analysis in excel and report writing on given case), 2 interview with higher boss basically based on market knowledge and global understanding + plus your CV screening without technical details! 3 interview is with the highest boss – the decision is subjective.
