    They first ask you to finish a written test with general questions testing your analytical skills. Then there will be a face-to-face interview asking career goals and your expectation for the position and the company.

    I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Euromoney (London, England (UK)).

    Interview

    1st stage >> Telephone interview 2nd stage >> Interview (we talked about my CV and why I think I can be an account manager) 3rd round >> Role play via telephone, I had to call the hiring manager and explain what new training programs Euromoney is offering and trying to get the names of the decision makers. 4th round >> last round, a lot of competency based quistion. They want to have someone who is planning to stay with them for a long time.

    Nothing special, intervewer is not very experienced, just based on the checklist to raise questions , nothing technical, just walk through employment history job by job, not even interview by HR

    Haphazard, chaotic, no proper procedures - it was mostly based on the approval or otherwise of the editor. So it was a very subjective interview. I had very much the impression that my skills were not being judged but my ability to make friends with the interviewer -- which is a sign of inexperience.

    One phone call, one group interview. Very short process, although they were thorough at checking references etc. I do not know how many candidates were involved, but process seemed reasonably cursory to me

    3 Interviews, 1 interview includes CV screening and test (economic data analysis in excel and report writing on given case), 2 interview with higher boss basically based on market knowledge and global understanding + plus your CV screening without technical details! 3 interview is with the highest boss – the decision is subjective.
