Two interviews in a row that I passed, then another round of two interviews, one with a partner and one with a senior consultant.
Pretty basic. First 2 interviews consisted of questions to check motivation and small case studies & market sizing question. Then, senior consultant interview was mainly a long case. Finally, interview with the partner was all about motivation and personality.

Interviews are usually scheduled to happen in different days, but in my case the three of them were made in a row. Expect to be interviewed by 2 managers or directors and receive the offer from a partner. The first interview tested mainly my personality, by keeping me under pressure. The second one was more focused on my analytic skill. Both consisted of a case interview. The interview with the partner was only to check my desire to join the company and my fit with it.

Don’t expect an exceptional offer, except if they are really needing you. Gently show that you have other options that you may have some bargaining power.
