Applied online, then got a phone call from the company. You will get trained in US and relocated to Chile. Passed the phone interview then they set up an 1-hour video interview. I had to stand in front of a whiteboard and answered their questions. The topics involved statistics, finance, math, C++.

Interviewed Jul 2011 in Gurgaon, Haryana (India) (took a day)
The company had come as part of the campus drive. The first part consisted of an aptitude test. Those who passed the test as per a pre-decided cut off were then interviewed. There was a pre-placement talk where the interview panel introduced itself, the company, the job profile and the growth prospects within the company. The interview panel consisted of two people, the HR Manager, and a senior business analyst (SBA). It was the SBA who asked all the questions, the HR Manager was an observer in the discussion. I was asked to introduce myself, about what my parents do for a living, my hobbies and interests, some questions about my field. However, there was a profile that suited my educational qualifications better, so they kept me on hold for a telephonic interview.

Interviewed Dec 2008 in Gurgaon, Haryana (India) (took a day)
Evalueserve came to our college for placements for the position of Business analyst for the energy sector.
The interview was conducted in three rounds,
1. Written test- questions were of general aptitude type. The same CAT/G Mat pattern.
2. Personal interview:- In this the interviewer, tested the theoretical knowledge
3. HR Interview:- Qualification, background check.
I qualified the first two rounds, but in the third, the company came to find that there had been a communication problem. They had come for the last year students, and i was still in the first year
