Interviewed Mar 2010 (took a day)
First round was a very basic round with the HR over the phone, wherein time and venue for the second round was also finalized. On the date assigned to me for the process, i had two rounds. First was an 1:1 with a Manager and Second round was a Panel Interview. The panel consisted of General Manager and a Manager.
Interviewers asked everything in detail related to my work experience and educational qualification. Questions were situational based also. Also they asked me to give a presentation then and there, also was asked to prepare slides on a piece of Paper.

Interviewed Dec 2008 in Gurgaon, Haryana (India) (took a day)
Evalueserve came to our college for placements for the position of Business analyst for the energy sector.
The interview was conducted in three rounds,
1. Written test- questions were of general aptitude type. The same CAT/G Mat pattern.
2. Personal interview:- In this the interviewer, tested the theoretical knowledge
3. HR Interview:- Qualification, background check.
I qualified the first two rounds, but in the third, the company came to find that there had been a communication problem. They had come for the last year students, and i was still in the first year

Interviewed Mar 2008 in Gurgaon, Haryana (India) (took a day)
Interviewers themselves were pretty young in their career. had unrealistic expectations, considering the kind of salary they were offering. The entire process was rushed up & incoherent. The company recruitment process looked very uninviting.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
They were pathetic when it came to negotiating salary & other benefits. Highly unprofessional. I felt they were running some kind of a roadside discount sale.
Other Details
I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test and a Personality Test.
