They came to our Campus at our Engineering School. Interview was pretty Routine with 2 levels. Guesstimates seemed to be their favorite tool. An aptitude test was conducted prior to the shortlisting for interviews. Pretty Routine with objective type questions.
First, I had to do a test containing research and math questions. After that I had a live interview in which we discussed my motivation, experience and also some research questions.
