Interviewed Apr 2010 (took a day)
I was a current employee in another leadership position. My supervisor suggested that I apply for a new position that was being created. There were 8 or 9 other candidates who applied for the position I interviewed for. I was personally invited to be interviewed on the day several others were also interviewed. The panel consisted of my supervisor and other fellow directors. They took a neutral position in their approach towards me, though I was aware that some on the panel were in favor of me being hired and others objected. The questions were very difficult and required quick, deep thinking. The interview was about half an hour to forty-five minutes long. I did not hear about the results until more than a week after the interview.

Interviewed Sep 2010 (took 1+ week)
It took them a very long process to get back to me to have the actual interview. You sit one on one with who ever is in charge of hiring. They will ask yo questions about why you want to work there, why you chose that place. They will also try and put you in scenarios to see what you would do and how you would handle your self ect. They will ask about what you think are your strong suites and what your weaknesses are.
