The process took 1 week - interviewed at Eventbrite in January 2012.
Interview Details – I was first conctacted to have a phone interview with HR. I spoke with the HR rep and the interview went very well. We both hit it off and with an hour after the interview, I already had my next interview scheduled. The HR rep did not know much about the position though and said that the next steps would be to interview with somone who knew some specfics about the position.
The second person I was suppose to talk was sick the day of the interview. Therefore, I was set up with a different individual who did not seem as if they had any interviewing experience. From the initial start of the phone interview, it was very obvious that the individual did not like me no matter what I said. They were very rude and short with me on the phone.
Overally, it was very dissappointing experience. I felt as if I was judged for a position before the second interview even heard me speak.
