Interviewed Feb 2012 in Jacksonville, FL (took 2 months)
Phone interview with recruiter, referred from other interviewer. 1:1 interview followed a few days later based on schedule opening for both of us. Questions were basic in regards to my resume and experience. Good helpful fluid discussions with the director. Generally positive but HR was unresponsive and uncommunicative.

Reason for Declining
Declined the offer as they did not respond in well over a month, no call backs to VM messages or emails. No contact that position was closed or other was chosen. I made the decision to call it off.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a 1:1 Interview.

Interviewed Jan 2010 in Jacksonville, FL (took 1+ week)
Phone interview was about 30 minutes and covered basic interview topics. Follow up was minimal and required multiple phone calls to make contact. The company culture appears to be youth oriented. Conversations with former employees indicated that this is a correct perception. I wish them well, but I think this would have not been a good fit.

Interviewed Dec 2011 in Jacksonville, FL (took 8 weeks)
HR reached out to schedule initial interview. Be prepared to propose a salary range and answer whyyou're leaving/left your last job right off the bat with HR. First interview was via phone and was very much a conversation. Interviewer described the position and department and asked about how my skills would fit with the required skills needed. HR sends a copy of the benefits package with the interview confirmation, so you know up front what you're looking at. I would have loved to land this job. The culture seemed very open and the people I interacted with very friendly. Great experience overall, even though I didn't get the job.

Interviewed Aug 2010 in Jacksonville, FL (took a day)
I went through a hiring agency. I did a phone interview for about 30 minutes asking what I have prevously worked on.
I went in for the face to face 3 day later. There was a .net developer and 2 java developers. Simple questions. Null pointers....string comparison. I got through it. I was offered a position, but did not pass the background check due to suspended license felony.
