Interviewed Jan 2011 (took a day)
It was one 30 minutes phone interview that consisted mainly of behavioral questions. Rather standard and the woman was very friendly. They focus a lot on giving back to the community and being environmentally friendly.

Interviewed Sep 2009 (took a day)
Offered an interview after meeting with a recruiter at our school's career fair. The interviewer was a current employee with an engineering position. Asked typical personality questions but also questions on where one would like to be placed within the organization. I was informed in a timely manner that I was not offered a position.

Interviewed Jan 2009 (took a day)
Hiring process was chaotic. No preparations made for my arrival on site for first day of work, so NOT a good impression at all. Once we got past that, things went well. But it was bad enough at first to make we question my decision to hire on. Nonetheless, things have gone very well since then.

Interviewed Aug 2009 (took 2 days)
You are first given an exam to determine your skill in mathematics, analytical reasoning, reading, etc. If you score above the minimum, you will be given an interview. In the beginning of the interview, a description of the job is given, and you are given the opportunity to ask some questions about it. After that, a standard STAR type interview commences (search it online and read up on it). Be prepared to answer situation based questions about your past experiences, and how you handled each situation. You will not choose the situations, the interviewers will ask something like "tell us about a time when you saw someone doing something unsafe on the job, and explain how you handled that situation and what the outcome was." You will get a series of this type of question.

Interviewed Nov 2008 (took a day)
Process began with a phone screen from a VP of Finance followed by an on-site set of interviews with business unit directors/managers and the HR Manager-- total of 3 to 4 hours of interviewing.
For interviews, answers should use the STAR method (Situation or Task, Actions you took, Results of your actions). Culture is pretty laid back on the surface, but you are expected to put in the hours.

Negotiation Details
Yes. I have found that all positions, regardless of the company, have room for negotiation. Remember: He or she who mentions a number first--- loses.
