I was called by the HR manager, i had my first round there. After that next day I had the interview with Manager and the Client himself. My interview lasted for an hour. After that i gave one IQ test which was for another one hour mostly aptitude questions but the level of difficulty was moderate. You have to be prepared for the test.

I applied In-Person and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Skills Test, a Personality Test and a Background Check.
