Cruise Sales Interview

Cruise Sales
Las Vegas, NV

I applied through an employee referral and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at Expedia in August 2009.

Interview Details – There were two problems with the entire interview process with this company, as I saw it: 1) the emphasis on the "personality and ethics questionnaire" (I'm not certain what else to call it). I have taken some before (and since), and I question their value overall, but most of them are approximately 50 questions ... this one was over 250!; 2) despite strong qualifications, I was not chosen as part of a training class, which makes me question what they're looking for exactly.

Interview Question – The interview, in my opinion, went very well. I felt extremely well-prepared and was not "surprised" by any of the questions.   View Answer
