Application

I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Expedia (Old Street, England (UK)) in December 2012.

Interview

The face to face interview includes 3 phases and takes over an hour. There's a language test in your mother tongue, an interview with the manager followed by an interview with the hiring manager. If you fail the language test in the first phase you are eliminated from the process.

Interview Questions

  • The language test was trickier than it seemed. I had 10 min to complete each test which comprises a hotel description written in my mother tongue with 10 questions about it and a spelling test. I found out later that ten mistakes had to be found and that you need to get 100% to both tests to pass. I didn't achieve 100% to the spelling test and the process ended there.   Answer Question
